2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability. We strive to honor scheduled service times, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our service charges are transparent and will be communicated to you before the work begins. All payments are due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be provided only if the service was not performed as agreed upon or if any advance payment was made for canceled appointments.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a warranty on parts replaced and services performed, as specified at the time of service. Warranty claims are valid only within the warranty period and for the issues directly related to the repair work performed. Any unauthorized tampering or third-party servicing during the warranty period may void the warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality service, Geyser Repair is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to property, delays, or loss of use.

7. Customer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide safe access to the geyser and ensure that all necessary utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are available during the service. Please remove any valuable or fragile items from the service area.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to misuse the content, engage in unlawful activities, or attempt to breach the security of the site. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website if these terms are violated.

9. Privacy Policy
